Job Description:

• Ability to lead, mentor and train the next generation of installers.
• Craft and produce high quality work w/minimal warranty issues.
• Residential installation projects, including shower and steam enclosures (both framed and frameless), fabricate and install mirrors, cabinet glass, glass back splashes, glass shelves, glass tops, glass railing, heavy glass window walls, and re-glazes (single pane and insulated glass).
• Craft and produce high quality work that could be featured in our show case of products and potentially be seen by millions.
• A full understanding of how to measure custom frameless shower enclosures and large tight-fitting out of square mirrors.
• Knowledge of what is and is not possible with frameless shower glass.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands on residential glazing experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a drug screen (not-negotiable).
• Glaziers and Installers must provide their own tools.

We are currently in search of an Estimator with at least 2 years’ experience estimating commercial glazing projects. An individual that can hit the ground running. To be part of our team you must possess the following knowledge base, qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience estimating commercial glazing projects (non-negotiable).
• The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient use of Bluebeam and GDS estimating software.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting architectural specifications.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
• The ability to understand the customers project requirements.
• The ability to work efficiently while being accurate in disseminating information.
• The skill to complete accurate and detailed material take offs.
• Experience negotiating final contract pricing to a win-win outcome.
• The ability to determine the project depth and scope and whether it is a fit for Arrow Glass.
• Willingness and ability to learn new software with ease.
• The experience to identify compatibility of systems, hardware, glass and their respective uses on projects.
• To initiate pre-bid RFIs and RFQs, within time constraints given, before bid is due.

This is a full-time, salaried, position and may require working beyond the typical 8-hour day to complete a bid on time.

Salary: $50,000 to 75,000 with performance bonuses, depending upon experience. Up to a $5,000.00 signing bonus and relocation expense will be considered.
